Shipping Policy
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above 350 EUR. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that additional charges, such as taxes, import duties, or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary depending on the destination country and are not covered by BOSHRA.
BOSHRA is not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for any shipment, including those with Priority and Express shipping options. Once the package has left our facility, BOSHRA is not liable for any damages, delays, or lost packages. For more information regarding your shipment, delays, or questions about delivery, please contact your courier directly.
BOSHRA is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all shipping instructions. BOSHRA will not reimburse additional charges. If a package arrives damaged or mishandled, you must provide a photo as evidence before a refund or replacement is issued.
Customers are responsible for contacting BOSHRA within 14 days for failed deliveries or damaged products/packaging, especially in cases requiring redelivery or return after a thorough investigation. BOSHRA reserves the right to charge additional fees for any reshipments regarding lost or returned packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct billing and shipping address information is provided during checkout. Due to high order volumes, requests for address changes will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed, as shipping schedules are strictly adhered to.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or during company-observed holidays.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
BOSHRA does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide information regarding potential costs. Since customs policies differ between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package, a "rejection fee" will be applied to return the package to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department, we will notify you via email when a refund is issued.
International shipping typically takes 5 - 10 business days, depending on the destination. Please also account for customs clearance time.
