Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders above €350. For orders below €350, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs clearance. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays outside our control may occur.

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@boshra.be. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package has not arrived as expected, please contact us at info@boshra.be so we can assist you.

In case of damage, we may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and item to help us assess the issue and, where necessary, open a claim with the carrier.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to request a return.

Belgium
Returns from Belgium are complimentary. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

You may also return your order to our atelier free of charge. Please contact us beforehand to arrange your return.

International returns
For returns from outside Belgium, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs regulations and charges vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you require further information before placing your order.

If an international shipment is refused or cannot be delivered and is subsequently returned to BOSHRA, any return shipping charges, customs charges or other costs incurred as a result may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

International delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Customs clearance may result in additional delivery time.
