Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and send back the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return your package in two ways:

1. Via postal service – at your own cost.
2. In-person – by returning your package to our atelier free of charge.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when using the postal service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages during transit, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If an item arrives damaged or mishandled, a photo must be provided before a refund or replacement is issued.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
