We make every effort to display the colours, materials, images and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and display settings.
Leather and suede are natural materials. Variations in grain, texture, tone and other natural characteristics may occur from one piece to another. These variations are part of the individual character of natural materials and are not necessarily considered defects.
Due to the nature of the materials and handcrafted processes involved, minor variations in measurements and finishing may occur.
With time and use, leather may soften, change in appearance or develop a natural patina. Normal wear, ageing or changes resulting from use do not in themselves constitute a defect.
Damage resulting from improper use, inappropriate cleaning or care products, improper storage, or excessive exposure to water, moisture, heat or sunlight is not considered a manufacturing defect where such damage is unrelated to a lack of conformity existing at delivery.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
